Reservations
Prices are given in US dollars, per 7 night stay. Longer periods are available at a discounted rate. An additional 10% government tax applies to all rentals. VISA and MasterCard are accepted as forms of payment. Discounts are given for cash or check, but a credit card is required for a security deposit. 50% of the balance is due at the time of the reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation, 50% of the total rate will be applied to a future rental. The future rental must be within one year from the date of cancellation.
